Having been part of the company since birth, Jacob's journey within Young Living has seen him contribute in various roles, including IT, Customer Service, and Research & Development. Known for his entrepreneurial spirit and passion, Jacob has consistently championed innovation and creativity.
Jacob & Kait co-created the Simplified line, which focuses on user-friendly essential oil blends designed to make wellness accessible and practical for everyone. Recently, Jacob has been promoted to the General Manager of the US Market. He also leads projects like hosting The YL Drop podcast, reestablishing and enhancing Men's Camp, and sharing insights on essential oils and YL’s legacy. Kait, with her degree in business innovation, has worked in a variety of departments to help lead and solidify teams.

Janet has been with YL since 1999. She is known not only for her expertise in natural wellness but also for her radiant, life-of-the-party personality that lights up every room. Janet has a warm, fun presence and has a signature love of giving and receiving hugs.
Having spent meaningful time working closely with Gray Young, Janet gained invaluable insights into leadership and the heart-centered mission of Young Living. Her experiences have deepened her commitment to empowering others through the benefits of essential oils and natural products. Whether she's sharing wellness tips or simply spreading joy, Janet inspires those around her to live authentically and with purpose
Chérie Ross

Chérie has been a passionate advocate for essential oils since 1975, bringing decades of expertise to both human and animal wellness. With experience spanning personal use and professional applications in hospitals, clinics, and global teaching, she is also skilled in Animal Communication, a Usui and Karuna Reiki Master, and an accomplished Author, Teacher, and Consultant.
After a car accident in 1986 changed her life, leading her on a 13-year healing journey that culminated with Young Living Essential Oils. The transformative impact of the oils inspired her to delve deeply into their study, attending every available training. Her work with Gary Young, the founder of Young Living, and in the lab with Marco Gentile (Schreuder), resulted in some of Young Living’s most cherished products. Chérie’s story reflects resilience, innovation, and a profound commitment to the healing power of nature.
